Your wedding apparel is probably one of the most important things to consider on your wedding day. With that in mind we’ve shared some of our frequently asked questions and we really do hope that it will give you all the comfort that you need. 

Sizing and fitting information.

Q: How do I know if my bridal separates will fit me properly?
A: The great thing about 2PieceBridal is that we have combined standard sizing with a made -to -measure element just for you! This means that you can choose your bridal separates in your normal size, for example size 10, 12, 14, etc and we simply ask for a few more details such as your bust, hips and waist measurements to ensure that the separates are a good fit.

It is really important to have someone to measure you. This will be even better if it is a professional, but we understand that may not always be feasible. 

Please note:

We have a ‘Measuring Guide’ which you can follow, however, we cannot be responsible if the measurements you provide us with are not accurate.

Like with most bridal wear, it is likely that you will need to make a few adjustments to your bridal separates for the absolute perfect fit. Make sure you have a good tailor on hand to make those final finishing touches.


Q: How does the ordering process work?
i. Choose your bridal separates from our collection pages. 
ii. Pick your size. (UK 10, 12,14,16 etc)

iii. Making it Yours– We want your bridal separates to fit you as well as they possibly can!

In order to make that happen we will need some vital statistics from you. We need your Bust, Hips and Waist measurements in inches. 

Click on custom size box and add in your measurements.  (You can use our measuring guide to assist you)

Please note that if you are ordering from our separates section, we only need the measurements which correspond to the item.  For example, if you are ordering a bodice, we will only need the bust measurement. If you are ordering a skirt, we will only need the waist and hip measurement.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
A: It will normally take 8-10 weeks. If there are any issues with your order, we will ensure that we make contact with you by email and advise you of the reason for the delay. Rest assured, we do not expect that to happen very often. 

Q: How will I know that my order has gone through?
A: Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.

Q: What can I do if I make a mistake on my order?
A: We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission. If you think a mistake has been made, we can discuss this in our online Consultation.


Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Q: What currency will I be paying in?
A: All purchases will be charged in GBP (Sterling)

Q: What happens if I have received a faulty item?
A: In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will organise a replacement to be sent out to you. We will ensure that the item is delivered within the shortest timeframe possible. Alternatively, a full refund will be given upon the return of the item, should your item not be available. Q: What If I want to speak to someone on the phone.
A: No problem, we have you covered. If you send us an email at: assistance@2piecebridal.com with your query and provide us with your telephone number, we will get back to you within 24 hours or sooner.
